Our return policy grants you a 30-day window from the date of delivery to request a refund for your order.
For a return to be considered, the item must be in its original condition upon receipt, and you are required to present proof of purchase.
Kindly note that return shipping expenses are your responsibility. Once your return request is approved, you'll be responsible to arrange and cover the shipping costs. We'll furnish you with instructions for returning the package.
*Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: To ensure you receive the desired item promptly, we recommend returning your current item and making a separate purchase for the new one.
Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If it's defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us right away for resolution.
Verification of Product Issues: In some instances, we may request additional information or evidence to verify the reported problem, such as photos, videos, or detailed descriptions. This ensures smooth processing of your replacement and helps us improve our products and services.
Product Warranty: We're committed to the quality and reliability of our products. Every purchase is backed by lifetime warranty, safeguarding against manufacturing defects. Our lifetime warranty only covers defects in the product's NFC chip. However, it doesn't cover any damage caused by accidents or misuse.

For incorrect or damaged items:
- Photo of the damaged or incorrect product
- Photo of the shipping label
For defective items:

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Return Policy:
As per the European Union regulations, customers have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receiving their order. During this period, you can return the product for any reason without justification.

Upon receiving the returned product:

- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy or show signs of use or damage.
- The cooling-off period does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, unless they are faulty.
